Dan Prothero has extensive experience and expertise in both music and technology.
For ten years he was a principle programmer at a Silicon Valley software firm Mozart Systems, working in C++ and designing the user interface for the company's proprietary third-generation language and development environment. During that time he helped launch Ubiquity Records, working as both a recording engineer/producer and designing all of the label's famous album covers.
With Turntable, Dan has coded dozens of Enhanced CDs, as well as products and systems for Disney Televentures, Cisco Systems, Comcast, among others.
Dan may be one of few people qualified to operate a letterpress printing press, align an analog 2" tape deck, and develop applications in multiple languages.
